A contractor picks up jobs flexibly without owning a territory or committing to a full franchise — ideal if you want to start fast or fit the work around other commitments. A franchisee owns and builds a business in an exclusive area. If you'd rather own a territory, the franchise pages cover that.
Do I need cleaning experience to start?
